SWF-31
  RUNNING TIME: 3 minutes
MEDIUM: 16mm
YEAR: 2006
PRODUCTION: Public Radio and Camera Assembly
A lone woman reads by the window, distracted by the world outside but confined to staying inside.

SWF-31 fuses hand-processed 16mm film with sounds of intimacy -- children playing, a baby crying, a mother singing, women confessing their desires on telephone and internet -- to explore the alienation of the woman at the window and the alienation of the spectator.
